Kalulushi Clay Bricks Limited is seeking a Stores Clerk.
Responsibilities or duties
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming goods, ensuring they match Purchase Orders and GRNs.
- Issue stock to internal departments upon receipt of approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Sage Evol. and bin cards.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Ensure the storeroom is kept clean, organized, and secure at all times.
Qualifications or requirements
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS Level 2 or 3) or equivalent.
- Member of ZIPS.
- Computer literate (Proficiency in MS Excel is essential).

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
