JOB DETAILS:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Custodian of all stock at the Site.

2. Maintain an orderly warehouse and the containers

3. Maintain properly organised and labelled stock in both the warehouse and the containers with updated bin cards

4. Co-ordinate the branches and ensure that stock is properly maintained and bin cards are kept up to date

5. Maintain a reconciled position of physical stock against the system record both at head office and the branches.

6. Giving updates on available stock and stock which has reached re-order level to sales and logistics.

7. Receiving stock from head office physically and ensuring it is receipted timely and accurately in the system.

8. Coordinating with head office in planning and preparing deliveries of stock to customers efficiently.

9. Submitting monthly reports of stock status by the 25th of spent reports

10. Maintain a record of consignments received and deliveries made and send weekly and monthly reports.

11. Perform any other duties assigned by OnSite Manager.
