Job Summary: Assist in managing staff and ensuring smooth operations across various departments within the pub and grill.
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Report issues to management and assist in resolving them.
  • Train new staff on operational procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking.
    Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Oversee sales, inventory, and staff performance. Develop and implement store policies and procedures. Manage budgeting and financial reporting. Ensure a clean and organized store environment. Train and motivate store employees.
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality preferred. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
