JOB DETAILS:
Overall Purpose: To provide accurate spatial data and measurements to guide mine planning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform underground and surface surveys to map mine workings.
- Provide line and grade for development and production drilling.
- Calculate volumes of mined ore and stockpiles.
- Update mine plans and maps with as-built data.
Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma in Mine Surveying or Geomatics.
- Proficiency with survey equipment (Total Stations, GPS, LiDAR) and software.
- Understanding of mining operations and geology.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
