JOB DETAILS:
1. Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing lesson plans that align with educational standards and objectives, incorporating elements of drama and music theory, history, and practical application.
2. Instruction: Teaching students various aspects of drama and music, including acting techniques, vocal training, instrument playing, stage presence, improvisation, music composition, and performance skills.
3. Classroom Management: Creating a positive and engaging learning environment conducive to artistic exploration and collaboration. Managing student behavior, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise.
4. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluating student progress through assignments, projects, performances, and exams. Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and understanding of drama and music concepts.
5. Individualized Support: Offering personalized guidance and support to students with different learning styles and abilities. Providing extra help or enrichment activities as needed to ensure all students can succeed.
