JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities;
• Recruit, train and manage the Direct Sales agents that will be doing door to door SPENN account opening
• Create Awareness for the SPENN brand
• Educate the public on the benefits of using SPENN

Qualifications;
• Must strictly be a Kitwe Resident
• Minimum of 1 year experience doing door to door account opening with any Telecoms company
• experience being the team leader of field workers
• Must be goal oriented
