Coalition Health Zambia (CHZ, formerly John Snow Health Zambia - JSH) is seeking an accomplished Technical Advisor to provide technical leadership and high-quality support across program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), quality improvement, and new business development (NBD). The Technical Advisor will work closely with the Chief Technical Director (CTD) to strengthen CHZ’s technical excellence, guide evidence-based strategies, and ensure program quality across the portfolio. This role will also support capacity building of country staff, contribute to knowledge generation and innovation, and ensure CHZ’s interventions are data-driven, sustainable, and aligned with ÇHZ strategic plan, Zambia’s health priorities and global standards. This role will be part of the CHZs leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills

Medical degree with advanced degree in Public Health, Health Systems, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in providing technical guidance and support to project teams, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating health programs. Demonstrated expertise in RMCAH-N, infectious and non-infectious diseases, mental health, health information systems, and private sector engagement.
