JOB DETAILS:
Civacon Concepts Limited is a dynamic and progressive Zambian company providing equipment, maintenance support, installation solutions and consultancy services to the petroleum industry in Zambia. We are currently looking for individuals to join our team as Accounts officer/receptionist to support the business.
The candidate must be young, confident, outgoing, trustworthy and willing to learn our business. The candidate should also have own accommodation in Lusaka. .

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Organising sales visits
• Liaising with existing clients
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
• Reviewing cost and sales performance
• Writing reports and sales literature
• Providing product education and advice
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Ensuring that sales targets are met.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Aged between 20 and 30 years.
• Clean drivers license
