Huanze Bonanza is expanding and is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities or duties

Provide technical support for Huanze Bonanza machines.

Assist Bonanza agents with machine-related issues, including:

• Machine recharging.
• Cash withdrawal issues.
• Network/connectivity problems.
• System troubleshooting.
• Any other technical issues that may arise.

Visit agent locations when necessary to resolve technical problems.

Ensure machines remain operational and provide timely support to agents.

Qualifications or requirements

Diploma or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or another relevant technical field.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Must own an Android smartphone.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned areas.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
