JOB DETAILS:
The Golden Valley Agricultural Research Trust (GART) is a Public-Private Sector Partnership promoting sustainable agriculture through Adaptive and Applied Research.
GART wishes to invite applications for the following vacant Position: Technology Dissemination Technician.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create communication assets such as brochures, content for in-person events and online platforms.
• Lead and Implement technology dissemination demonstration trials.
• Support GART teams in media content creation, external communication and graphic design.

Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma in Journalism, Communication, Agribusiness Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, editorial and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media content creation in agricultural, environmental and climate change-related themes.
• Ability to work with social media platforms such as websites, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
• Experience in utilizing a wide range of software such as MS Office, Canva etc.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
