JOB DETAILS:

1. Brief Summary

The Zambia International Trade Fair Trust (ZITFT) is inviting applications from talented, energetic, enthusiastic, suitably qualified, and experienced candidates for the position of Temporary Property and Maintenance Assistant.

2. Key Duties

Improve efficiency in slot allocation and space management.

Ensure timely response to maintenance issues.

Enhance record keeping and reporting accuracy.

Reduce delays in communication with tenants and stakeholders.

Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the Property and Maintenance Officer.

3. Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Full Grade 12 (Twelve) Certificate.

Certificate or Diploma in Real Estate and/or an Engineering discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or any other related field.

Proven experience in a related role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
