TENDER FOR THE SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE AGENCY MOTOR VEHICLES ON A ONE YEAR RUNNING CONTRACT
The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has made a provision in the 2023 Budget towards the cost of supply and delivery of various goods and services and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget to eligible payments under the Contract (s) for which this invitation for bids is issued.
Bidding will be conducted using Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 for the following:
i. RTSA/ORD/01/2023 TENDER FOR THE SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE AGENCY MOTOR VEHICLES ON A ONE YEAR RUNNING CONTRACT.
The tender is open to citizen bidders as defined in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. Interested eligible bidders may access the bidding documents on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) e-GP platform. The contact telephone number is 260-211-230547.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bidding Documents.
Bids shall be submitted through the eGP system not later than Monday 28th August, 2023 at 10:30 Hours local time. The bids will be opened immediately thereafter.
