Tender Title: Supply of Local Certified Seeds

Client: ActionAid Zambia

ActionAid Zambia hereby invites national tenders for the supply of local certified seeds. Participation in the competition is open on equal terms to all national companies or enterprises with a valid trading license and specialized expertise in this field.

1. Items to be Supplied

The following certified indigenous/Local seeds are required and be delivered to Nalolo and Sesheke District:

Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit the following documents:

• Company profile.
• Seed Processors license.
• Seed Sellers License.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid registration certificate from PACRA
• Workers Compensation
• ZPPA Certificate
• Financial quotation.
• Evidence of similar works with ActionAid is added advantage.
