Invitation for Bids
UNZA/PSU/LAW SCHOOL/21: Tender for The Supplying of Aluminum Materials and Partitioning of Offices at the Directorate of Research and Graduate Studies (DRGS) at The University of Zambia Great East Road Campus.

The University of Zambia trough the School of Law las set aside funds for Partitioning of offices using aluminum materials. The University Procurement Committee on behalf of Management now invites scaled bids from eligible bidders to undertake these works

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011 and open to bidders registered with National Council for Construction (NCC) in Category B or C Grade 5.
The Tender is only open to Local Bidders as defined in the Public Procurement Act of 2020. Bidders shall be required to provide documentary evidence that they are qualified to undertake this construction as required in the bidding document Qualification requirements will be provided in the Bidding documents

Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the solicitation documents at the Procurement & Supplies Unit Offices, University of Zambia Great East Road Camps, Room 14. A complete set of solicitation documents may be purchased by eligible bidders from the University of Zambia Procurement and Supplies Unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K 500.00 in the University of Zambia Account held with Standard Chartered Bank Account number 0100110272500

The bids should be sent clearly marked "Tender for the supplying of Aluminium Materials and Partitioning of Offices at the Directorate of Research and Graduate Studies (DRGS) Building and addressed to the Registrar, University of Zambia Great East Road Campus, PO Box 32379, Lusaka, Zambia, not later than Thursday 18 November 2021 at 1000 hours local time.

Submission Procedure
The bids must be deposited in the Tender Box located on the floor. Central Administration building at the University of Zambia Great East Road Campus on or before Thursday, 18 November, 2021 at 10:00 hours local time and mast be accompanied by a bid declaration from the Bank or Insurance Company

The closing date for the receipt of bids is Thursday 18 November, 2021 at 10:00hours local time and any bid received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will be opened thereafter in the Senate Chamber, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Note: Site visit shall be held on Friday 5 November, 2021 at 10:00 hours. Bidders should meet at Central Administration, Procurement and Supplies Office. Only Bidders who will come for a site visit will be allowed to Purchase the Solicitation Document
