JOB DETAILS:
Are you passionate about baking and skilled in perfecting recipes? We are looking for a Test Baker to join our team and contribute to product development and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute baking tasks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients.
• Follow recipes strictly to achieve the desired taste, texture, and appearance.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofing machines.
• Monitor the baking process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Baker in a Test Bakery or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functions, and recipe adjustments.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with food industry health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Education & Certifications:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O Levels.
• Baking certifications.
