JOB DETAILS:
MAIN DUTIES
- Effective marketing of General Insurance products to customers
- Service customers after selling products
- Attend to all matters that may be raised by customers
- Keep a clean record of all customers
- Identify opportunities for new products
- Collect premium and issue receipts and covernotes
- Report all client complaints to the Company
REQUIREMENTS
- Individual or Sole trader
- Individuals should be above 25 years old
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
- Insurance or Marketing Qualifications
- Relevant Experience in the same field shall be an added advantage
SKILLS
- Ability to achieve targets set
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to create long lasting customer relationship
- Outgoing and able to meet high profile customers
