Job Description:
EZER Outsource Ltd is recruiting for a wide range of roles to support a leading beverage and brewing company in Zambia. These positions span various technical, operational, and administrative functions, offering opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities (General):

  • Perform tasks specific to the assigned role, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Support production, maintenance, or administrative processes as required.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
  • Report to supervisors and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications (General):

  • Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field (specific to the role applied for, e.g., brewing, engineering, or administration).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (varies by position, check specific requirements if applicable).
  • Technical or operational skills relevant to the job (e.g., machinery operation, accounting, or healthcare).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
