Background

We are urgently hiring:

Track/Chain Excavator Operator (x5)

(Mounted on steel tracks/crawlers – heavy-duty, high-stability)

Responsibilities

• Heavy Bulk Excavation: Handle large-scale mass earthmoving—foundation digging, deep basement excavations, and large pond/reservoir cuts that require maximum breakout force.
• Tough Terrain Navigation: Operate safely on steep slopes, soft/muddy ground, or rocky surfaces where wheeled machines cannot go.
• Rock Breaking/Hammering: Attach and operate hydraulic breakers/hammers to fracture bedrock, concrete, or heavily compacted materials.
• Deep-Depth Precision: Manage deep, vertical cuts (e.g., pile caps, elevator pits) with careful boom-arm-bucket coordination to avoid collapsing trench walls.
• Under-Carriage Care: Take primary responsibility for track tension, sprocket wear, and cleaning mud/debris from the undercarriage to prevent premature track failure.

Qualifications

1. Must have C or CE Driver’s licence with 2 years experience (Tipper Drivers)

2. A minimum of 5 years of work experience

3. Relevant operator certificates

4. Must be diligent

5. Able to follow site regulations and perform daily basic machine inspection.
