The Tracking Officer monitors and tracks company vehicles, cargo and drivers in real-time to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery of goods. The officer also provide support to drivers, coordinate with clients and report on vehicle movements

• Monitor vehicle movements, cargo status and driver activities via GPS tracking systems
• Respond to alerts e.g stops, accidents etc
• Coordinate with drivers, clients and logistics team on delivery schedures and updates
• Provide real-time updates to clients on shipments status
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards and company policies
• Monitor driver behaviour e.g speed, driving hours etc
• Generate reports on vehicle performance, delays and incidents
• Analyse data to improve route planning and efficiency
• Manage documentation e.g PODs, trips sheets etc

• Proficiency in GPS tracking systeme and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management or any related field
