Position Overview:

SECAMA Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tracking Operator to join our Lusaka operations team. The Tracking Operator plays a critical role in monitoring the real-time movement of secured cargo vehicles and escort units across designated routes. This position focuses specifically on GPS tracking, route compliance verification, risk detection, and proactive communication to ensure cargo security integrity throughout transit. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, high levels of concentration, and the ability to respond quickly to irregularities or potential threats identified through tracking systems. The role demands precision, vigilance, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-responsibility environment where asset protection is paramount.

Candidate Attributes:

• Excellent verbal, written and multitasking skills
• Composed, decisive under pressure, exceptional attention to detail and focus
• Organized with good reporting and documentation abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of Certificate/Diploma in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a similar work environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent data entry skills.
