About the role:

Our client is a dynamic and experienced Training Facilitator to lead and facilitate an advanced professional development program tailored for Executive Assistants. This high-impact initiative is designed to equip Executive Assistants with the skills, strategies, and confidence to thrive in complex corporate environments and effectively support executives, including in remote settings.

As Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction, guiding the learner journey, conducting assessments, and ensuring measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in administrative work with specific expertise in Executive Assistant development or comparable professional training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Facilitation & Leadership
  2. Lead the day-to-day facilitation of the EA program, ensuring delivery of engaging, interactive, and outcomes-driven sessions aligned with curriculum objectives.
  3. Create a dynamic learning environment that challenges participants and builds competencies relevant to high-level corporate support.
  4. Instructional Delivery & Thought Leadership
  5. Deliver core modules on advanced EA capabilities, including executive-level administrative support, remote and hybrid work best practices, strategic calendaring, stakeholder management, and high-impact communication.
  6. Bring thought leadership and real-world insights that elevate the learning experience and prepare participants for C-suite level support.
  7. Learner Assessment & Development
  8. Design and implement performance-based assessments that measure skill acquisition and workplace application.
  9. Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to support learner growth and achievement of professional standards.
  10. Program Oversight & Quality Assurance
  11. Monitor program design, delivery, pacing, and instructional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with best practices in adult learning and achievement of defined learning outcomes.
  12. Maintain high standards of quality control through continuous review and improvement of instructional methods.
  13. Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
  14. Partner with curriculum designers, guest experts, facilitators, and corporate stakeholders to enrich program delivery and ensure relevance to industry needs.
  15. Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment on program objectives.
  16. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  17. Gather, analyze, and interpret learner feedback and performance data to identify trends, inform program enhancements, and drive innovation.
  18. Recommend and implement improvements to ensure the program remains cutting-edge, impactful, and aligned with evolving corporate demands.
  19. Mentorship, Coaching & Professional Guidance
  20. Serve as a mentor and role model for participants, providing professional guidance on navigating C-suite dynamics, executive partnership, and leadership presence.
  21. Support participants in translating program learning into long-term career advancement and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Education, or a related field.
  • Additional professional credentials such as a Secretarial Diploma will be an added advantage.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an executive assistant and/or demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering training programs for Executive Assistants, administrative professionals, or comparable support roles.
  • Experience in facilitating in-person and/or virtual learning experiences, with proven ability to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide learners toward professional excellence.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of the competencies required to support C-level executives.
  2. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to manage group dynamics and support diverse adult learners.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  6. Ability to engage and manage adult learners with diverse backgrounds.
  7. Proficient in managing group dynamics and encouraging active participation.
