Background
Valleyview University College (VVUC) is a Christian, privately owned institution of higher learning committed to academic excellence, integrity, and holistic development. The College invites applications from suitably qualified and morally upright individuals for the position of Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual staff training and development plans.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate professional development activities.
- Design and deliver training programmes, workshops, and staff induction sessions.
- Maintain training records and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
- Ensure compliance with HEA and internal quality assurance standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning anchored on Christian values.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or staff development.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Must be of strong Christian character.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
