JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Diploma/ Certificate in a relevant field
2. Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management
3. Basic Financial Management knowledge and experience
4. Three years minimum management experience
5. Diploma in Education Management and 5 years teaching experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Effectively manage the day to day operation of the training institute
2. Maintain all institutional records
3. Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
4. Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
5. Manage stakeholder engagement
6. Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
