Training Officer

• Identifies training needs across all departments and develops training programs.
• Coordinates safety, technical, and skills development training for employees.
• Maintains training records and ensures certification compliance.
• Facilitates onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and recommends improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O-Level credits or better
• Willing to work shifts and overtime as required
• Good communication skills
• Age 18 years and above
