KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Full grade 12 certificate, with a diploma in transport and logistics. A Degree is an added advantage. Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Transport management, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong connections with transporters nationwide, ensuring a robust network for efficient operations. Mechanical knowledge of light vehicles to facilitate effective communication with maintenance teams. Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. In-depth knowledge of Fuel Management, and vehicle tracking applications for enhanced fleet monitoring. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and optimize fleet operations for maximum efficiency. Foster and maintain strong relationships with transport partners across the country. Utilize mechanical knowledge to coordinate maintenance activities. Ensure seamless communication between different departments. Utilize computer literacy to manage data and generate reports.
