JOB DETAILS:
Job Brief
• We are looking for a 30-ton Truck Driver to be based here in Lusaka.

Responsibilities
• Safely transporting goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of all trips and expenses.
• Make sure there is always enough gas to get to the destination.
• Keep accurate count of gas usage, miles, and other data

Requirements and skills
• Must have a Grade 12 Certificate
• 5+ years’ experience as a truck driver
• In possession of a valid police clearance or fingerprints
• Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license minimum class C1
• Should have training in defensive driving
• Green National Identity Card
• Excellent driving record with no major accidents or violations
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
