Kingsworth Group Limited is a leading food manufacturing company committed to quality, safety, and innovation. We are seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates to join our team.

Job Purpose

To supervise and ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all utility systems including boilers, air compressors, generators, water treatment plants, and steam distribution networks. The role is responsible for leading the utilities team, ensuring compliance with OHS, Food Safety, and GMP standards, and providing reliable utility services to support uninterrupted production.

Qualifications and Required Experience

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience Fluidised bed boiler.
  • Through knowledge of operation and maintenance of all boiler equipment, RO, compressor and cooling tower.
  • Sound communication skill and should be able to lead the team.
  • Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety.
  • Should have the Knowledge of the Production excellence.
  • B. E Mechanical / Diploma/ Boiler specialist with Experience of 4 to 5 years in Similar plant.
  • Full grade 12 certificate.
  • Responsible for the operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift.
  • Coordinating with the user department.
  • Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA.
  • Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time.
  • Planning the inventory and communicating to required department and ensuring the required material is received in time.
  • Training the people .
  • Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets .
  • Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis.
  • Sound communication skill
  • Team leadership
  • Knowledge of Human safety
  • Knowledge of Equipment safety
  • Knowledge of Production excellence
