Background
Mpika School of Nursing and Health Sciences invites suitably qualified, experienced, and committed professionals to apply for the stated full-time positions.
This is a health sciences institution with a strong focus on Nursing and Clinical Medicine training. All successful candidates, including those in management positions, must be academically competent and willing to teach health sciences courses, particularly Nursing.
Responsibilities
Must be willing to teach health sciences courses, particularly Nursing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, or related Health Sciences discipline.
- Valid professional practicing license.
- Minimum of 3–5 years academic and supervisory experience in a health training institution.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Age: 35–50 years.
- Full-time commitment required.
- Must be able to lecture in Nursing and/or Clinical Medicine.
General Requirements (ALL POSITIONS)
- Must demonstrate high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented academic environment.
- Commitment to institutional growth and academic excellence.
