Role Overview

As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of the rooftop experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and valued from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience & Service

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders with confidence
• Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and timing
• Regularly check on guests without being intrusive

2. Product Knowledge

• Have a strong understanding of the menu (food, cocktails, and beverages)
• Make recommendations and upsell where appropriate
• Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen teams

3. Service Standards

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and professionalism
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained at all times
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

4. Team Coordination

• Work closely with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff
• Support smooth and efficient service during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or lounge preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
