Job Summary
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly.
- Prepare and clean dining areas before and after service.
- Process customer payments where required.
- Address guest requests and complaints professionally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hotel service experience is preferred.
