Responsible for receiving and issuing of goods, and proper storage of delivered goods with supporting documents. Performs physical count of inventory, and reconciliation of actual stock count. Additionally, also manage the process of weighing of inbound and outbound trucks on weighbridge system and maintain the associated records.

• Assist in receiving and issuance of various goods or items procured in accordance with the established procedures.
• Ensure correct storage for goods and items delivered to stores
• Conducts physical stock control, stock count and verification.
• Assist Stock Controller in updating all storeroom receipts in stores book.
• Assist Store controller with coordinating various deliveries including expediting.
• Co-Key Custodian of Reagents Storeroom keys
• Offer support to Commercial Superintendent with regards to coordination of Copper Cathode and Sulphide loading.
• Record keeping and management of documentation pertaining to deliveries and dispatches of all imports and exports
• Assist with all inspections in relation to copper cathode and sulphides, and all other matters pertaining to these activities
• Operation of weighbridge as may be assigned from time to time and also related all other logistics requirements.
• Weigh incoming trucks at entry/exit point, ensure accuracy of relevant details in the appropriate module, depending on the product to be weighed.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by Superior
