About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take full charge of our 600sqm electronic products warehouse.

This is a hands-on role you will be responsible for making sure everything is in the right place, properly recorded, and always available when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all incoming and outgoing stock check quantities, track movements, and keep records accurate
• Monitor inventory levels daily spot shortages early and submit purchase requests in time to restock
• Maintain product pricing records in the system
• Oversee the showroom display ensure the entire space is clean, tidy, and products are arranged neatly for customers
• Coordinate with the sales team to make sure display stock matches what’s available in the warehouse

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience managing a 500sqm+ retail store or wholesale warehouse
• Hands-on experience with inventory management (stock in/out, stocktaking, and replenishment)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and solve problems on the spot
• Basic computer skills for stock records (Excel or inventory software is a plus)
