Background
We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and manage a team of approximately 30–40 employees.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong personality who is not afraid to lead from the front, enforce discipline, and ensure that daily operations run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 30–40 employees.
- Organize daily warehouse operations and allocate work effectively.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, and accountability.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Enforce health and safety procedures at all times.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with management to improve warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with natural authority and confidence.
- Hands-on approach—you must be willing to work alongside your team when required.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing large teams is an advantage.
