JOB DETAILS:
We are look for a warehouse and operations officer for our soon-to-open branch in Zambia.

Responsibilities
·Manage coordination between different sub-departments, such as warehouse, Follow-up, Operations, Regional Office, and Dispatch
·Ensure that all shipments are picked, packed, and delivered on time.
·Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
·Address and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction.
·Generate regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
·Overseeing the processing of incoming orders.
·Coordinating with warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow
·Ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and meet quality standards.
·Generating reports on delivery performance, order status, and other key metrics
·Conducting regular audits of orders to verify accuracy and complet
