1. Supervise daily operations of the plant to ensure efficient production processes and ensure the safety of mineral water
2. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

5. Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs of production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Grade 12 Certificate

Diploma Laboratory Science or related field

3 years experience within the food and beverage industry

Familiarity with industry standards and regulation concerning drinking water quality

Proficiency with manufacturing equipment and processes as well as understanding quality control techniques.
