A reputable recruitment company, on behalf of our client in the bottled mineral water industry, is hiring a qualified and detail-oriented Water Treatment and Quality Control Officer to join their production team.

This is a technical role focused on water purification, chemical dosing, and ensuring that the bottled water produced meets required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems (including Reverse Osmosis, UV, ozone, and filtration units)
• Manage chemical dosing processes and track water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, conductivity, and turbidity
• Conduct regular physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on water samples
• Maintain hygienic and sanitary conditions in the treatment and bottling areas
• Record operational data, test results, and daily quality logs
• Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Water Operations, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Experience And Skills

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a bottled water or beverage manufacturing facility
• Skilled in operating water treatment equipment and chemical handling
• Proficient in using lab tools and interpreting test results
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and hygiene standards
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, safety-focused approach
