JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
CSF is seeking skilled and experienced welders to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for welding and assembling metal structures and components according to specifications.

Qualification Criteria:

• Age: 25 to 40 years
• Education: Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate
• Experience: Previous experience in welding or fabrication is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
