We are urgently hiring:

Responsibilities or duties

• Rapid Site Relocation: Move quickly between multiple job-site locations (roads, trenches, stockpiles) using road travel capabilities, minimizing transport truck delays.
• Utility Trenching: Excavate precise, narrow trenches for water, sewer, gas, or electrical lines in congested urban/roadway settings.
• Outrigger Deployment: Securely lower and level outrigger stabilizers on uneven or paved surfaces before every digging cycle to prevent tipping.
• Truck Loading: Efficiently feed material into dump trucks from stockpiles, working alongside tipper drivers to ensure even payload distribution.
• Bucket Interchange: Quickly swap between digging, ditching, and grading buckets depending on the immediate task demands.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

1. Must have C or CE Driver’s licence with 2 years experience (Tipper Drivers)

2. A minimum of 5 years of work experience

3. Relevant operator certificates

4. Must be diligent

5. Able to follow site regulations and perform daily basic machine inspection.

Open tests will be conducted at 14:00 from 17th - 19th July at the company premises in Minambe Area, Mufulira, next to ZNS checkpoint along Mokambo Road.
