Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
Job Overview
The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing machine shop operations to ensure effective fabrication, repair, and maintenance support to plant equipment in line with company standards.
Responsibilities or duties
- Implement best workshop practices and procedures
- Plan and supervise machine shop activities in line with HSE requirements
- Provide technical guidance on machining and fabrication processes
- Develop and maintain workshop standard operating procedures
- Manage workshop manpower, tools, and materials
- Maintain accurate job records using ERP system
- Prepare and manage workshop budgets
- Ensure quality control of all fabricated and repaired parts
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance for workshop equipment
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Computer literacy and ERP experience will be an added advantage
Experience needed
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in machine shop supervision or management

Reporting Line: Reports to the Head of Asset Care
