JOB DETAILS:
Location: Lusaka, Light Industrial Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the upholstery workshop.
- Ensure quality standards are met in furniture upholstery production.
- Supervise and train upholstery staff to enhance productivity.
- Manage workshop resources, including materials and tools.
Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Upholstery or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in upholstery, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of upholstery techniques.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
