Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or biotech environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Zambian tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
