Pneuma Mission’s Excellence Christian Academy in Kabwe is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and skilled Accounts Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Excel, accounting software, and general office equipment. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing front office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting daily school administrative functions.
Responsibilities or duties
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including school accounts, expense recording, and processing financial transactions.
- Update and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of all financial records and receipts.
- Monitor and track all school in-and-out expenses.
- Assist with front office duties such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors, and handling administrative tasks.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and photocopiers.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain common office equipment.
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Kabwe-based candidates are strongly preferred.
