MPC Health Care is currently looking for a Collection Specialist in the Operation division to hire:
Responsibilities:
- Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. He/she will be responsible for collection, contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.
- He/she should strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Coordinating activities to ensure adherence to scheduled collection times
- Update account status records and collection status
- Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
2. Working knowledge of MS Office specially excel application
3. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
4. Skilled in negotiation
5. Valid driving license
- Collection of outstanding payments
- Contacting clients for collections
- Resolving billing and credit issues
- Monitoring accounts for outstanding debts
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Coordinating activities for scheduled collection times
- Updating account status records
- Adhering to safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Negotiation skills
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
- Valid driving license
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position
