2.EARLY CHILDOOD TEACHERS - NURSERY (2-4 YEAR OLDS)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with children aged 2–4 (preferred).
- Valid teaching certification
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones.
- Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
- Excellent classroom management tailored to young learners.
- Strong communication skills with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity in developing engaging sensory, motor, and language-rich lessons.
- Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement daily routines that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.
- Support toilet training and basic self-help skills when needed.
- Establish warm and responsive relationships with children.
- Communicate regularly with parents on children’s development.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
