2.EARLY CHILDOOD TEACHERS - NURSERY (2-4 YEAR OLDS)

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with children aged 2–4 (preferred).
• Valid teaching certification

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones.
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
• Excellent classroom management tailored to young learners.
• Strong communication skills with young children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity in developing engaging sensory, motor, and language-rich lessons.
• Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily routines that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.
• Support toilet training and basic self-help skills when needed.
• Establish warm and responsive relationships with children.
• Communicate regularly with parents on children’s development.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
