About the Farm General Worker Position in Ndola

Our farm maintains a diverse livestock and crop environment, including 1,000 layers, ducks, village chickens, and five pigs. The facility is equipped with essential amenities such as reliable water supply, solar electricity, and a hammer mill. We offer a competitive salary package along with accommodation for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage feeding and comprehensive care of poultry.
• Oversee vegetable cultivation and maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness of poultry houses and surrounding farm areas.
• Perform general maintenance tasks across the farm.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Married with one to two children.
• Demonstrated expertise in vegetable production and poultry keeping is essential.
• Must abstain from alcohol and smoking.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience working on a farm is required.

Work Hours: 8
