Zimworx is seeking a bilingual French-Speaking Office Manager to lead administrative operations and ensure outstanding service delivery. This role involves managing patient coordination, supervising administrative staff, and optimizing office processes in a fast-paced healthcare support environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven office management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to provide high-quality service in both French and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Coordinate re-care and reactivation appointments for continuous patient care.
  • Manage unscheduled treatment cases with appropriate follow-up.
  • Confirm upcoming patient appointments and maintain communication.
  • Handle inbound calls, including after-hours inquiries, with professionalism.
  • Streamline and improve administrative workflows and operational processes.
  • Supervise administrative staff and uphold high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven administrative and office management experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments.
  • Strong customer service background with patient-facing or client-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, billing, or claims management.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with practice management software, EHR systems, or similar technology.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new procedures and systems.
  • Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written) required.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities.
