JOB DETAILS:
Marvelous University of Technology and Applied Sciences (MUTAS) is seeking a dynamic, ethical, and highly organised professional to serve as Human Resource Officer. This role is central to fostering a productive workforce, strengthening institutional culture, and ensuring full compliance with labour and higher education regulatory frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Management, or
- Human Resource Management, or
- Psychology
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff development processes.
- Oversee performance management systems and staff welfare programmes.
- Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws, contracts management, and institutional HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and workplace ethics.
- Develop HR strategies that support institutional growth, organisational culture, and operational excellence.
- Maintain secure and updated employee records, HR information systems, and compliance documentation.
