• Manage the daily irrigation activities across the sugarcane fields.
• Assist in planning and effectively using irrigation tools and systems.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain centre pivot irrigation systems.
• Supervise, mentor, and support irrigation department staff to meet company objectives.
• Ensure all irrigation tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Monitor and maintain correct irrigation pressures for optimal system performance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Full Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma in Water Engineering or any Agriculture-related field.
• Knowledge of farm operations and agricultural production processes.
