JOB DETAILS:

Sinomine International is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions at its Head Office in Lusaka West, Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the legal team and oversee contracts, agreements and legal documentation.
• Advise management on legal risks, compliance and regulatory obligations under Zambian law.
• Oversee dispute handling and coordinate with external lawyers and courts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, licences and regulatory requirements.
• Review legal correspondence, policies and submissions to government authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• Valid Legal Practitioners’ Practising Certificate.
• At least 5 years’ relevant legal experience, including supervisory experience, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian corporate, labour and regulatory law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership ability, integrity and sound judgement.
• MS Office proficiency.

Location: Lusaka West, Lusaka
