Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.

Job Overview

Responsible for ensuring that all packaging departments and other related departments are properly supervised and monitored.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all packaging departments and related operations to ensure smooth, efficient production.
  • Monitor packaging processes and machinery to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet daily and long-term production demands.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, company procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Identify operational challenges, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee basic mechanical aspects of packaging equipment and coordinate maintenance where necessary.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and attention to detail in all packaging activities.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to support overall business objectives.

Minimum Requirements - Education, Experience and Skills

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in production management
  • 3-5 years of experience of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Strong numerical and mathematical aptitude
  • Effective planning, organizing, and demand planning skills
  • Highly deadline-driven with strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated team-building and people management experience
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
